Digital Workplace Consultant

Responsibilities

• Administer and support IT infrastructure including servers, operating systems, networks, and virtualization
• Manage Active Directory environments, including domains, GPOs, OUs, and security groups
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, specifically SharePoint Online and Teams governance
• Support cloud environments across AWS and Azure, managing security policies and incident handling
• Act as an advisor and coach for end users regarding M365 features and collaboration practices
• Manage service requests, assets, and access rights via ServiceNow
• Coordinate infrastructure updates, vulnerability remediation, and maintenance activities
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and produce technical documentation and reports

Requirements

• Proficiency with Windows Server (2019–2022) and Linux operating systems
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Experience managing Active Directory and implementing GPOs
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)
• Ability to use scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash
• Experience using enterprise service management tools like ServiceNow
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
