Digital Workplace & Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct practical IT training sessions for all experience levels, focusing on the secure and practical use of digital tools.
• Prepare content for the intranet and other internal media to ensure information is clear, current, and target-group oriented.
• Create and distribute IT communications regarding changes, updates, and new rollouts, including announcements, how-to guides, and FAQs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for questions regarding the use of digital tools and modern working methods.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team to effectively integrate technical innovations into the organization.
• Continuously develop the training offerings and knowledge base based on feedback and needs analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Media, IT, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in preparing and conveying complex content, ideally within an IT or digital work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote) and a passion for supporting others in their application.
• Strong, structured, and audience-appropriate communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple parallel topics effectively.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and strong German (C1) language skills.
