Digital Workplace Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and support endpoint solutions including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Administer Microsoft Intune, SCCM (MECM), Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows 10/11 environments
• Support device lifecycle management, including provisioning, compliance, patching, and software deployment
• Handle user account administration for joiner, mover, and leaver processes
• Coordinate with managed service providers (MSPs) and vendors for operational execution
• Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint, application, identity, and device-related incidents
• Maintain endpoint inventory and governance using tools like Lansweeper
• Support compliance and security requirements, including ISO 27001 and TISAX controls
• Contribute to workplace automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM administration
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft Entra ID
• Knowledge of ITIL Framework, processes, and roles
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to work in a global support environment and non-standard hours when necessary
