Responsibilities

• Propose and negotiate Japan-specific web strategies with the global digital team in English.
• Create global models by developing unique engagement content and optimizing websites in collaboration with marketing managers.
• Improve web performance using GA4, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics, and Looker Studio to visualize KPIs like ROI, CPL, and MQL conversion rates.
• Drive SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) through keyword design, meta descriptions, and tag management (GTM).
• Manage relationships with external translation agencies and production vendors to ensure high-quality localized content.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web content production and operation within a B2B marketing environment.
• Business-level English proficiency for global negotiation and daily communication.
• Fluency in Japanese with high-level copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Understanding of MarTech tools including GA4, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Strong initiative and ability to negotiate projects with US headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in data extraction and processing using SQL.
• Experience in marketing data analysis or ROI evaluation within the SaaS, IT, or cloud industries.
• Experience using AEO tools for keyword and visibility analysis.
