About the role
About the Company
OLIX is building the next generation of AI infrastructure. The OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) is the first accelerator architected specifically for decode, utilizing rack-scale co-design to enable a step change in system-level performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end verification of digital subsystems including UVM development, coverage closure, and emulation.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 6–12 verification engineers.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with design, architecture, analog, and firmware teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of digital ASIC verification experience.
- Proven track record of driving first-silicon success on complex ASICs.
- Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and formal verification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mixed-signal verification and AMS co-simulation.
- Expertise in low-power verification (UPF/CPF) and CDC/RDC sign-off.
- Experience managing multi-site engineering teams.
