Digital Verification Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement C/C++ embedded software for device drivers and Ethernet networking features
• Contribute to the development of breakthrough Ethernet/networking IP for next-generation SoCs
• Perform thorough trade-off analyses regarding performance and complexity
• Collaborate closely with IP design and verification teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in software design and implementation
• Expertise in C/C++ design and implementation
• Proficiency in embedded software development and software development tools
• Experience with algorithm development
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to parse and write technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of computer architecture and digital logic design
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP protocols
• Experience with networking products such as routers, bridges, and switches
• Experience with security, cryptography, or FPGA implementation
• Familiarity with hardware and software implementation trade-offs
