Digital Twin Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Digital Twin site process
• Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
• Utilize the Contilio Digital Twin platform and LiDAR technology to detect installation discrepancies
• Compare site data with design/BIM models
• Ensure quality assurance and effective project tracking
• Manage BIM coordination and subcontractor engagement

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in contracting or MEP companies in the GCC
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator
• Strong understanding of MEP specifications (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) per UAE standards
• Experience in large-scale construction projects
• Familiarity with BIM, including 3D models, attributes, and properties
• Proficiency in defect observation review and quality assurance
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with LiDAR scanning coordination and data analysis
• Familiarity with issuing SOR/NCR for defects
• Understanding of As-Built BIM updates and tracking
• Proficiency in MS Office
