Digital Transformation Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to implement digital solutions within a production site
• Communicate global orientations and set individual objectives for team members
• Support and guide collaborators in achieving their goals and developing their skills
• Manage group budgets and oversee potential recruitment processes
• Develop and maintain the program roadmap to ensure strategic alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with business teams to optimize decision-making and ensure project results meet requirements
• Provide progress reports to steering and management committees
• Continuously improve organizational processes and facilitate change management
• Participate in technological watch and monitoring

Requirements

• EPF or HES Engineer degree
• First experience in direct team management
• Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects
• Experience in the industrial sector is preferred
• Strong leadership, listening skills, and ability to unite teams
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Autonomous, proactive, and quality-driven with a strong team spirit
