Digital Transformation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver game-changing digital and AI solutions across the organization
• Manage impactful digital projects end-to-end, from initial idea to go-live and user adoption
• Translate complex business needs into concrete tools, workflows, and applications
• Design and deploy automations and AI use cases using tools like n8n, LLMs, and low-code platforms
• Prototype, experiment, and scale successful solutions into production environments
• Act as a trusted partner for business teams to help them embrace new ways of working
• Own the lifecycle of built solutions, ensuring they are monitored and continuously improved

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital projects, business analysis, automation, or AI
• Proven experience with automation, AI, and low-code tools
• Technical proficiency with APIs, middleware, and complex workflows
• Ability to mix strategic business thinking with hands-on technical execution
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across international teams
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding scale-up environment
