About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise and technology projects to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations across a portfolio of initiatives
  • Serve as a key project leader for major programs, including the ERP implementation
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT business units
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure accountability to scope and timeline
  • Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, tools, and reporting practices
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Lead project communications and provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and training coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or enterprise environments
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the construction management industry
  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, financial systems, or SaaS platforms
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar professional certification
  • Experience supporting change management and end-user adoption efforts
