About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of enterprise and technology projects to ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations across a portfolio of initiatives
- Serve as a key project leader for major programs, including the ERP implementation
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT business units
- Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure accountability to scope and timeline
- Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, tools, and reporting practices
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Lead project communications and provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees
- Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and training coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or enterprise environments
- Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the construction management industry
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, financial systems, or SaaS platforms
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar professional certification
- Experience supporting change management and end-user adoption efforts
