Digital Transformation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global digital roadmap, governance framework, and initiative pipeline for Parts Distribution & Logistics (PDL).
• Manage digital transformation projects from planning through implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive business improvements through the integration of digital solutions such as AI, RPA, data analytics, and Power BI.
• Build digital capabilities across the organization by facilitating workshops, sharing best practices, and promoting new ways of working.
• Scout and integrate emerging technologies and industry trends to add value to the global distribution network.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within digital transformation, process improvement, or business development.
• Proven track record of leading digitalization initiatives in supply chain, logistics, operations, or data management.
• Hands-on experience with digital and data ecosystems, including Power BI, ServiceNow, RPA platforms, or AI solutions.
• University degree in Engineering, System Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, matrixed organization and manage diverse stakeholders.

• Experience working within global supply chain or logistics environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into actionable digital implementation plans.
