Digital Transformation Officer - Advertising Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities

• Deploy a new digital solution for the regulatory compliance control of advertising materials within the Home Healthcare sector (PSAD).
• Configure and finalize the digital solution workflow.
• Roll out the digital solution to internal users, including creating and delivering training materials and supporting marketing and communication teams.
• Act as the regulatory referent for the "Contrôle Pub" digital solution.
• Conduct audits, controls, and monitor KPIs.
• Participate in the regulatory compliance control of advertising materials issued by PSAD entities.
• Support the HSEQ-M2R (Safety, Quality, Risk Management, and Regulatory Affairs) team with ad hoc missions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree in pharmaceutical sciences, health management, health engineering, quality, or a dual degree in health marketing after a scientific curriculum.
• High level of rigor and autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools, specifically Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge or experience with Gemini AI.
