Digital Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CFOs to understand operational priorities and provide advisory on leveraging automation and AI for financial reporting and forecasting.
• Identify and implement automation and Generative AI opportunities within key finance processes like procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and treasury management.
• Lead the delivery of outsourced accounting and finance functions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Manage end-to-end client engagements, including project planning, execution, budget monitoring, and delivery of technology-driven solutions.
• Support business development by creating tailored proposals and presentations that demonstrate the impact of digital transformation.
• Mentor junior team members on automation tools, AI technologies, and outsourcing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or consulting.
• Proven experience in implementing automation and AI solutions within finance functions.
• Strong project management expertise with a track record of managing multiple client engagements.
• Deep knowledge of outsourcing models and their application in finance and accounting operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
