Digital Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the Managing Director as a trusted thought partner on operational and organizational topics.
• Lead and manage a local PMO team to structure, govern, and oversee the project portfolio.
• Drive group transformation by creating transparency across all active digital and operational initiatives.
• Orchestrate local IT operations in close partnership with the central organization in Germany.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and manage high-priority projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead and develop the on-site IT team, promoting service-minded ways of working and clean documentation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project or programme management.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives in international environments.
• Strong systems thinking, structuring ability, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in people leadership, specifically managing small, high-leverage teams.
• Technical literacy in enterprise systems and digital initiatives.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, or the flavour & fragrance sector.
