Digital Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC methodology
• Identify process inefficiencies, analyze data, and implement sustainable improvements
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach and mentor Green Belts and project teams
• Ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with business goals and targets

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or consulting roles
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DFSS)
• Proficiency in Minitab, Excel, or other statistical software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience within the Insurance industry
• Proven project management experience
• Exposure to BPR, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
