Digital Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic advisor and project coordinator for a major client's ERP transformation, ensuring effective governance and delivery.
• Manage end-to-end project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the key liaison between client business leaders, third-party software vendors, and internal teams.
• Analyze legacy technical bottlenecks and propose scalable, modern digital solutions and architectures.
• Conduct digital maturity audits and workflow assessments across a broader client portfolio.
• Guide the adoption of Cloud Infrastructure, CRM, and AI automation.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on process optimization and the organizational impact of digital shifts.
• Define and track success metrics to measure user adoption and ROI for transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformations.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP implementation lifecycles (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven track record of managing technical and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security protocols and data protection.
• Understanding of AI automation, smart analytics, and modern data workflows.
• Demonstrated experience advising C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced business degree.
• Previous experience as an in-house IT Director or Head of IT.
• Direct experience deploying AI-powered enterprise solutions or predictive analytics.
• Recognized Project Management or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
• Experience working within management consulting or high-volume retail environments.
