Digital Transformation & Business Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation and business improvement for Learn Satit Pattana School to automate administrative tasks and return teacher time to the classroom
• Analyze business processes across corporate functions to identify bottlenecks and design future-state process maps
• Act as a bridge between business users and IT/data teams to translate needs into technical requirements and user stories
• Implement workflow automation, AI-driven solutions, and productivity tools to improve operational efficiency
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including project charters, milestones, and stakeholder expectations
• Lead change management efforts by developing training materials and communication plans to ensure user adoption
• Define and track key performance metrics such as SLA, error rates, and manual effort reduction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or automation engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., N8N, ChatGPT/LLM workflows) and low-code/no-code platforms
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English communication
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
• Understanding of enterprise system architecture and ERP systems
