Digital Transformation Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Systems Department in the Strategy and Steering pole to drive digital transformation.
• Participate in data collection and analysis to define and track IT Service Management (ITS) KPIs.
• Assist in the animation of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), including organizing QBR (Quarter Business Review) events.
• Prepare workshop materials and support the presentation of the DSI strategic roadmap.
• Manage user licenses and assignments for visual collaboration web tools.
• Monitor and analyze adoption statistics for digital offboarding forms.
• Contribute to project "Lessons Learned" (REX) sessions and follow up on action plans.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a Master 2 degree from a Business or Engineering school.
• Proficiency in the Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of Power BI.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Excellent oral communication skills and interpersonal agility.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to invest in professional growth.
