Digital Transformation Agent - Divisional Process Expert

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex business processes and IT solutions in collaboration with global cross-functional teams
• Create technical concepts and evaluate implementation strategies for process optimization and redesign
• Model and standardize processes, including responsibilities, interfaces, and resource requirements
• Translate business requirements into IT specifications and support SAP/ERP system implementations
• Execute system testing (including UAT), define roles/authorizations, and support go-live activities
• Lead or contribute to projects involving planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication
• Drive SCM ERP process improvements, global template alignment, and S&OP / IBP rollout initiatives
• Provide training, second-level support, and continuous improvement for regional SCM operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and improving business or supply chain processes
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP (MM, PP, SD, WM) and their process interdependencies
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, ARIS, or Symbio
• Proven analytical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for an international, cross-cultural environment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
