About the role
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of homepage and navigation updates across all sites and devices
- Manage onsite search configuration and enhance the search experience across markets
- Execute PLP and Visual Merchandising strategy rollouts
- Lead CRM cadence including product selection and link provision for emails
- Maintain website standards to maximize business performance and customer journey
- Produce trade reports using customer engagement tools and interpret data for optimization
- Collaborate with SEO teams to prioritize category expansion
- Support trade events, campaign launches, and new feature rollouts
Requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience with online merchandising or reporting systems (e.g., Shopify) preferred
- Competence in technology-based environments
- Commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and troubleshooting ability
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Interest in AI integration
