About the role
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects involving software development and hardware infrastructure
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Oversee technical design reviews, implementation plans, and testing activities
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Extensive experience leading system upgrades, cloud migrations, network deployments, or enterprise software rollouts
- Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is essential
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to manage and inspire cross-functional project teams
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management processes
- Level 8 degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area
- Level 9 Masters in a relevant field
