Digital Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports
• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects involving software development and hardware infrastructure
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Oversee technical design reviews, implementation plans, and testing activities
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Extensive experience leading system upgrades, cloud migrations, network deployments, or enterprise software rollouts
• Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is essential
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven ability to manage and inspire cross-functional project teams
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management processes
• Level 8 degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area
• Level 9 Masters in a relevant field
