Digital Technology Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to define and implement solutions within ERP, CRM, MES, and other Enterprise Business System domains
• Manage daily site and regional operational support to minimize costs through standard IT capabilities
• Act as a Project Manager by overseeing IT project prioritization, resource securing, and budget management (CapEx and OpEx)
• Maintain oversight relationships with Service Delivery partners and act as an escalation point for service requirements
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other applicable regulatory requirements within enterprise systems
• Collaborate with IT leadership to develop multi-year Business Solutions roadmaps aligned with business strategy
• Support and maintain the IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategy through scheduled testing
• Mentor and guide IT employees through goal development, performance evaluations, and training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM-related area
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Manager, or IT Project Manager
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 7+ years of experience delivering services and projects via 3rd party providers
• In-depth knowledge of business systems including ERP (Oracle EBS/Cloud preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), WMS, MES, and PLM
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills for interacting with all internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• IT or Manufacturing/Supply Chain industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle, Salesforce, Azure, ITIL, or APICS)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
