Digital Technology Lead – Data and AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a pragmatic AI roadmap focused on productivity and business acceleration
• Lead adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise
• Identify and deliver AI and analytics use cases to improve business outcomes
• Partner with Quality, Legal, and InfoSec to ensure AI solutions are secure and GxP compliant
• Define and own the enterprise data technology strategy and scalable data infrastructure
• Build data capabilities for clinical-to-commercial reporting and executive dashboards
• Establish delivery practices, intake processes, and governance forums

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Life Sciences
• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, digital technology, or AI
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry
• Proven track record implementing enterprise generative AI platforms and automation
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or ChatGPT Enterprise
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms like Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity expectations
