Digital Technology and AI (DTA) & Professional Services Category Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute best-in-class procurement strategies for SaaS, AI, and Professional Services
• Manage complex IT contract negotiations to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external strategic suppliers
• Drive supplier performance through the management of SLAs and KPIs
• Collaborate with Finance and Quality teams to ensure compliance and achieve cost-saving goals
• Utilize AI tools and procurement technology to enhance workflow efficiency and data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or IT-related roles
• Proven experience in supplier management and complex IT contract negotiations (SaaS, AI)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with procurement technology such as Ariba, SAP, or Icertis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data and build actionable strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or post-graduate qualifications in a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or managing global operations
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate procurement analysis
