Digital Technology Admin

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve IT system issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and secure device deactivation.
• Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using MDM tools to ensure security compliance.
• Administer Okta, including lifecycle management, SSO integrations (SCIM/SAML/OIDC), and group-based access controls.
• Support and enhance IT systems and SaaS-based tools to optimize workflows and user productivity.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, and network-related issues.
• Maintain Audio/Video systems for conference rooms and manage hardware inventory and asset records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical role.
• 2+ years of experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints via MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune).
• Experience with Identity Management administration and user/group management.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills (LAN, WAN, patch management).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
• Experience working within an agile framework and using ITSM platforms like Jira Service Management.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at our New York office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions and automation for operational efficiency.
• Proficiency with GAM (Google Apps Manager).
• Working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Okta Workflows and SAML-based authentication.
• Knowledge of Zero-Trust security principles.
• Experience managing physical access control systems.
• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
