About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary market point of contact (SPOC) for Operating Unit Tech Partners to align site operations with Digital & Tech initiatives.
- Provide hands-on, in-person technology support for the digital workplace, including conference rooms, AV, and hybrid meeting technology.
- Manage day-to-day technology service delivery, including incident management, problem resolution, and oversight of service level agreements.
- Support the stability and adoption of commercial technology platforms such as DMS and SFA.
- Maintain local asset inventory and support the full asset lifecycle in accordance with company policy.
- Act as the on-site contact for cyber security queries, ensuring endpoint security and user access management protocols are correctly applied.
- Capture and articulate site-level business needs to translate operational challenges into digital requirements.
- Provide practical training sessions to users on D&T capabilities, policies, and secure working practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, digital workplace, or site-based technology roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and video conferencing technologies.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow for incident and request handling.
- Foundational understanding of cyber security principles and secure working practices.
- Ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders and translate technical issues into business context.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting commercial technology platforms like DMS, SFA, or CRM.
- Experience in data collection, reporting, or service performance tracking to identify improvement trends.
- Experience managing third-party service providers in a service delivery environment.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Networking, or Security.
- Experience working in FMCG or regulated environments.
- Candidates based in Jeddah are preferred.
