Digital Studio Operator

Responsibilities

• Capture and style high-quality imagery across a diverse product range using multi-camera studio setups
• Perform on-set product prep including styling and dressing mannequins and tabletop sets
• Ensure accurate product naming and coding for smooth digital workflows
• Manage studio kit and equipment
• Deliver high volumes of assets meeting KPIs and SLAs for digital and AI generation
• Support new starters and freelancers with guidance

Requirements

• Computer literacy with experience in Mac and PC environments
• Basic understanding of still life product photography
• Basic understanding of studio lighting and Capture One
• Basic understanding of Photogrammetry and AI image generation
• Knowledge of clothing product fits and mannequin dressing
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a pressurized environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a studio assistant or studio environment
