Digital Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to US brand teams, acting as a liaison between brand objectives and digital capabilities
• Design personalized content strategies to enhance engagement for HCPs and patients
• Drive insight development and measurement frameworks, including KPIs and reporting tools
• Identify opportunities for digital health innovation and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to optimize activations and audience targeting
• Ensure regulatory alignment and compliance across all digital initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience, OR Masters' Degree and 10 years of experience, OR PhD and 8 years of experience
• Expertise in digital planning and media activation
• Experience in customer journey mapping
• Knowledge of pharma compliance and evolving privacy regulations
• Ability to travel 20–30%

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital strategy or omnichannel marketing, with agency experience a plus
• Skilled in audience planning and activation using 1P and 3P datasets
• Experience with ad-tech and platform capabilities such as Salesforce, Sitecore, or LiveRamp
• Biotech or pharma industry experience
• Familiarity with digital health technologies like telehealth, wearables, or digital therapeutics
