Digital Specialist Manager - Security

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team through talent management, coaching, and career development
• Drive security solution sales strategies and execute digital transformation for customers using AI-powered solutions
• Identify and track new opportunities, bringing industry insights into customer engagements
• Coach the team on business value selling and the orchestration model to drive and close opportunities
• Facilitate the development of partner strategies and ensure effective execution
• Oversee end-to-end business across geographical regions to meet sales targets and operational standards
• Act as a thought leader to connect Microsoft security solutions to customer business impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience (or 9+ years of experience in either)
• Proven experience in people management and leading technical resources
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and the digital transformation landscape
