Digital Spares Business Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation by enriching data from the customer installed base
• Assist in establishing next-generation spares business models
• Contribute to building faster maintenance solutions and reducing obsolescence risks
• Enable agile manufacturing processes, including the integration of 3D printing
• Act as the focal point for the 3D printing lab, managing daily operations
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for lab activities
• Provide training and user support to promote engagement with 3D printing technologies

Requirements

• Ability to support data enrichment and business model development
• Interest in agile manufacturing and digital transformation
• Capability to manage lab operations and KPI reporting
• Strong communication skills for user training and stakeholder engagement
