Digital Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and own low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to support AI-driven and digital initiatives.
• Analyze business processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for digitalization and Artificial Intelligence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure digital solutions deliver measurable business value.
• Drive digital adoption by supporting citizen developers and providing ongoing solution support and troubleshooting.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable AI and digital solutions, including the creation of business cases and roadmaps.
• Partner with global and local teams to share best practices, explore emerging technologies, and build internal digital capability through training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT & Digitalisation, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• 5+ years of experience managing digital projects across multiple platforms and technologies.
• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence and advanced model development.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within industrial, gas, or engineering sectors, particularly in high-intensity manufacturing and operational environments.
• Internal experience across multiple business functions within Linde or Afrox.
