Digital Solutions Rollout Intern

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
• Design, build, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (Flows)
• Support the rollout and implementation of business systems, including configuration, user setup, and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for applications and implemented systems
• Document technical solutions, create user guides, and provide ongoing user support
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, International Business, or a related field
• Experience creating automated workflows using Power Automate (Flows)
• Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, or SQL
• Understanding of system implementation processes, testing, or deployment activities
