Digital Solutions Executive

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Charity Management System
• Evaluate and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Gather and analyze business requirements for new system implementations
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Configure basic system workflows including form routing and notifications
• Identify system errors and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
• Conduct data analysis for case management, budget, and charity services to generate actionable insights
• Provide routine and ad hoc operational support

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in system management, data analysis, or digitalization projects
• Proficiency in Power BI for developing interactive reports and dashboards
• Experience in system implementation, data migration, cleaning, and deployment
• Experience with UAT coordination and IT system support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in VWO-related work is advantageous
