Digital Solutions Enterprise Architect and Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale projects to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient architectures using Cloud, Microservices, and Data/AI technologies.
• Act as the primary decision-maker on architecture choices and establish governance, design patterns, and development standards.
• Manage and mentor large, multi-disciplinary technical teams, providing direction and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
• Oversee technical implementation, manage technical debt, and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Champion DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Translate business objectives into executable technical specifications and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (C1/C2 proficiency).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in cloud architecture or enterprise architecture.
• Experience with government or enterprise systems integration projects.
• Deep understanding of networking and systems related to software deployment.
