About the role
Responsibilities
- Design technical architectures aligned with Ministry-approved standards
- Ensure the use of approved technologies such as .NET, Angular, and SQL Server
- Develop secure digital applications and services following secure coding standards
- Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, ESB, and middleware technologies
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Prepare technical and architectural documentation
- Implement and validate High Availability and Failover mechanisms
- Support performance, security, and functional testing activities
- Ensure compliance with MFA, WAF, Data Encryption, Monitoring, and SSO requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital application and system development
- Strong experience with .NET, Angular, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and secure coding practices
- Excellent architectural and technical leadership skills
- Arabic language proficiency
