Digital Solutions Architect/Lead Developer

Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures aligned with Ministry-approved standards
• Develop secure digital applications and services using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server
• Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, ESB, and middleware
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Prepare comprehensive technical and architectural documentation
• Implement and validate High Availability and Failover mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with security requirements including MFA, WAF, Data Encryption, and SSO
• Support performance, security, and functional testing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in digital application and system development
• Proficiency in .NET, Angular, and SQL Server
• Strong experience with APIs and enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and secure coding practices
• Fluency in Arabic
