Digital Solution Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Scope business requirements and define the perimeter for digital solutions
• Build and defend business cases, including cost analysis, benefits, and ROI
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, budget, quality, risks, and governance
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners
• Supervise the design, testing, and deployment of digital solutions
• Support users and drive the adoption of new digital tools
• Monitor the performance and business value of deployed solutions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 2-3 years of experience in digital or IT project management
• Proven ability to define business cases and calculate ROI
• Strong communication, organizational, and project steering skills
• Ability to work effectively in transverse, multi-stakeholder environments
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction
