Digital Solution Engineer - Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win strategy for enterprise opportunities, translating business challenges into solution visions.
• Orchestrate customer envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demonstrations.
• Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements for high-priority scenarios, including documentation and technical planning.
• Showcase the value of Dynamics 365 F&SC, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents to secure technical decisions against competitors.
• Collaborate with the partner ecosystem and Customer Success Units to ensure seamless deployment and value realization.
• Drive pipeline revenue by addressing technical blockers related to AI compliance, privacy, and security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SC).
• Proven experience conducting technical demonstrations and managing Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements.
• Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid architecture designs and migrations.
• Proficiency with Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solution pre-sales for SaaS-based business applications.
• Ability to orchestrate large, dispersed, virtual teams to deliver complex business application deals.
• Expertise in value-based selling, discovery, and crafting competitive solution strategies.
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
