Digital Solution Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Solution Centre in India, fostering a strong QHSE culture and customer-oriented mindset.
• Manage technical service teams, providing direction, coaching, and competence development for direct reports.
• Oversee remote monitoring services and ensure high quality standards and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the entry channel and triage stage for both emergency and scheduled digital service responses.
• Perform remote and on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting for decanters, separators, and various instrumentation.
• Monitor and maintain connected IoT devices via cloud-based remote support to assist customers during breakdowns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Field Service and Sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 8-12 years of relevant professional working experience.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) in an industrial setting.
• Technical expertise in rotating equipment, heat transfer, and fluid equipment.
• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance practices and the use of mechanical measuring instruments.
