About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and grow executive-level relationships with strategic customers and partners as a trusted AI Workforce advisor
- Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover customer needs, articulate business value, and shape AI Workforce solutions
- Own and close complex, strategic opportunities by orchestrating internal teams and partners across the deal lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage using digital tools, partner motions, and account engagement
- Drive post-sale adoption, consumption, and seat expansion through deployment planning and partner collaboration
- Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales reporting for assigned territories
- Stay current on the fast-evolving AI landscape to translate new capabilities into practical customer value
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology sales, solution sales, or account management
- Proven experience selling technology solutions or services in complex enterprise or upper-SMB environments
- Strong background in consultative, value-based sales with a track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to engage credibly with senior business and technical decision-makers
- Experience managing end-to-end opportunities from pipeline creation through close and growth
- Strong collaboration skills to orchestrate internal teams and partners
