Digital Solution and Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver digital projects from concept to deployment, including web platforms, e-commerce, AI, and sales enablement solutions.
• Support the regional rollout of global digital and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local market needs and regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to define project scope, priorities, and requirements aligned with business goals.
• Act as the local digital focal point in APAC, providing insights into regional customer behaviors, digital trends, and platform usage.
• Manage and optimize digital platforms and tools, including websites, marketing automation, content management, and analytics.
• Leverage Chinese digital and social media channels such as WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, and Douyin to increase brand visibility and digital footprint.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web, digital marketing, or e-commerce project management, ideally within an international B2B or manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• Deep knowledge of the Chinese digital ecosystem and marketing channels (WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, etc.).
• Proven experience in digital project execution and the regional rollout of global solutions.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CMS, and analytics platforms.
• Strong digital project management skills and experience with SEO/SEM and social media.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global organization with cross-functional teams.
