Digital Security Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and national/international security frameworks (ENS, NIS2, PART-IS).
• Develop and maintain key compliance documentation, including Statement of Applicability, security policies, and compliance plans.
• Conduct maturity diagnostics, gap analyses, and compliance assessments using Airbus Group methodologies.
• Define and review technical security controls, including network security, hardening, and business continuity plans.
• Lead technical and organizational risk analysis using methodologies such as Magerit, EBIOS RM, or ISO 31000.
• Advise on the lifecycle of business projects to ensure "secure by design" and "zero trust" principles.
• Manage and coordinate security projects autonomously and participate in certification and conformity audits.
• Develop and execute cybersecurity and physical security training and awareness plans for personnel.

Requirements

• Degree in telecommunications, computer engineering, or a related scientific-technical field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience with security frameworks such as ENS, NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, or CCN-STIC.
• Expertise in security risk management methodologies (e.g., Magerit, EBIOS RM, or ISO 31000).
• Strong project management skills to coordinate suppliers and cross-functional departments.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Ability to work in an intercultural environment with high communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in information security such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or Lead Auditor ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of Airworthiness regulations.
• Experience in auditing and technical knowledge of cybersecurity risks.
• Skills in IT Systems Administration, Networks, AI, and digitalization.
• Knowledge of French.
