Digital Samples Assistant

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shoots, supporting the studio and updating sets
• Manage the shoot list process, including sourcing and pulling samples and prioritizing products
• Work closely with the in-house styling team on seasonal styling and sample requirements
• Request, source, and track products from showrooms, press, product development, and the warehouse
• Maintain accurate product information and manage sample movements using the Flo content management tool
• Perform goods receipting and ensure all products pass Quality Control before being returned to the hub
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Merchandising, Press, and Styling
• Support key initiatives such as Runway, festive gifting, and seasonal lookbooks

Requirements

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to work across both London studio sites (Hackney and Westminster)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a product or studio environment
