About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to a large volume of inbound leads and existing customers via phone, Zoom, chat, and email
- Resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
- Become a product expert to conduct discovery calls and provide effective demonstrations
- Meet or exceed established SLAs and KPIs, including ticket volumes, response times, and productivity
- Contribute to shared revenue targets by exceeding weekly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Act as the voice of the customer to understand their needs and advocate for them within the company
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Full fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in-office 4 days per week in Mexico City or Mexico State
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute tasks strategically
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
