Digital Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Scout potential customers interested in activating and testing digital services such as websites, reservation tools, and online order management
• Conduct direct sales and provide specific training on innovative digital solutions
• Monitor sales performance and implement solutions to improve results
• Support customers in the post-sales phase of digital tools
• Provide digital consultancy to the sales force

Requirements

• Diploma in commercial studies or a university degree in commercial or legal subjects
• At least two years of professional experience in sales, commerce, or catering within the last five years
• Knowledge of digital tools for the restaurant industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Strong problem-solving, proactivity, and customer relationship skills
