Responsibilities

• Scout customers interested in activating and testing digital services
• Perform direct sales to interested customers and provide ad hoc training on innovative solutions
• Monitor sales performance and implement solutions to improve results
• Support customers in the post-sales phase of digital tools
• Provide digital consultancy by supporting the sales force

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques related to digital service promotion
• Knowledge of the digital tool market for the catering industry
• Problem-solving skills
• Proactivity and effective customer relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
