Digital Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Scout clients interested in activating and testing digital services such as websites, reservation tools, and online order management
• Conduct direct sales and provide ad hoc training on innovative digital solutions
• Monitor sales performance and implement solutions to improve results
• Support clients in post-sales digital tool management
• Provide digital consultancy to the sales force

Requirements

• Commercial diploma or university degree in commercial or legal subjects
• At least two years of experience in sales, commerce, or catering/hospitality sectors
• Knowledge of digital tools for the restaurant industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong problem-solving and proactive relationship management skills
