Digital Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Scout potential clients interested in activating and testing digital services (website, reservation tools, and online order management)
• Conduct direct sales and provide specific training on innovative digital solutions
• Monitor sales performance and implement solutions to improve results
• Support clients in the post-sales phase of digital tools
• Provide digital consultancy in collaboration with the sales force

Requirements

• Commercial, legal, or professional diploma/degree
• At least two years of experience in sales, commerce, or food service (within the last five years)
• Knowledge of digital tools for the restaurant industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong problem-solving and proactive skills
• Effective client relationship management skills
