Digital Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Scout potential customers interested in activating and testing digital services, including websites, reservation tools, and online order management.
• Conduct direct sales to interested clients and provide specialized training on innovative digital solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Support customers through the post-sales phase of digital tools.
• Provide digital consultancy by collaborating with the sales force and store personnel.
• Manage daily activities autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

• Commercial diploma or a University degree in commercial or legal fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, commercial activities, or the hospitality/catering sector.
• Knowledge of digital tools specifically used within the restaurant industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
