Digital Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships through acquisition for the Covered business
• Meet and exceed sales goals by providing superior product solutions to prospective and current customers
• Create and maintain a pipeline of new customers and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Provide product demonstrations, guidance, training, and tools to clients during negotiation and onboarding
• Prepare and deliver complex presentations, proposals, quotes, and contracts, and negotiate contract terms
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, and Marketing teams to develop revenue-driving solutions and sales materials
• Manage and prioritize the new customer onboarding process
• Represent Ingram Content Group at industry conferences, presentations, and speaking engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or year-for-year directly related experience
• Minimum of 3 years in software, product, or related sales
• 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to apply sales forecasting and evaluate client accounts for profit potential
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships at all levels, including the executive level
• Proven ability to recognize obstacles and take appropriate action to resolve them
